About PDS
The Professional Development Summit (PDS) is an annual event hosted by Women In Business each March, designed to enhance our members' professional knowledge and expand their networks.
Each summit features a dynamic program, including a keynote address delivered by a distinguished C-suite executive, a panel discussion or breakout sessions led by seasoned professionals, interactive workshops or activities, a networking lunch, and, most importantly, dedicated time for high-value networking.
To ensure a highly valuable experience, members are thoughtfully seated at tables organized by major or career interest, with mentors offering tailored insights and guidance. Often, these connections extend beyond the event, leading to ongoing mentorship opportunities, internships, and even full-time job offers.
PDS is a signature event where our members come together to learn, grow, and prepare for successful careers as women in business. In 2024, we welcomed over 250 attendees and 33 mentors, all committed to fostering the next generation of business leaders.
